  We never have had any issues with the helium tanks from Party City. We were going to fill my sister's room with balloons for her return home. She's been gone for a month and thought it would be a nice surprise. But as soon as we took out the tank from the box, it was noticeably light. Then the knob on top was on so tight. Like I said, this is not our first time using a helium tank. Then what made it unacceptable was the fact that it couldn't even fill ONE ballon. Not even one! So now our plan
  Failed big time thanks to party city.
